A lower impact class for those with reduced mobility, beginners, those returning to exercise or those wanting a slower paced class while still being active and having fun.

Exercise to maintain & improve heart & joint health, flexibility, strength, balance, stamina, sleep & overall health, wellbeing & fitness.

Exercise that may comprise stretches, low impact aerobics, resistance bands & other strength training.

I will  work with you so you can achieve this.


Do you want to feel confident in your body and learn to be proud of what it can do and how strong it can be?


Price on application

For example; 1 in person PT session + 7 written sessions every 4 weeks = £105.00, payable in advance. 

2 in person PT sessions + 6 written sessions every 4 weeks = £130.00

(in person £35.00, each written session £10.00)

Weekly check in to see how you're getting on & if any amendments need to be made to your plan.


I will work with you to help you reach your goals with an individual personalised plan that will fit in with your lifestyle.

We will have an in person session at the beginning of each 4 week block where we can look at your progress and I can them individually plan your next 4 weeks written plan.


This isn't just about working out once a week in my gym, this is about showing you and empowering you to be able to continue your workout plan in your own home in between our sessions so you can become your own trainer.


At least one in person session must be booked every 4 weeks.

As the temperatures drop and the cold, dark, wet and misty winter nights arrive, some bootcamp sessions go into hibernation — but not us.

We train indoors, all winter long, so you can stay on track with your fitness goals.

This means:

✅ No weather cancellations

✅ Warm, consistent workouts

✅ No muddy burpees

✅ No lying face down on a cold wet ground

✅ Same high energy, sweat-dripping intensity

✅ Results that don’t pause for the season

Winter is when progress really happens.

Don’t lose momentum and don’t let the cold, wet weather slow you down. 

Join us for a warm and welcoming workout environment with a great bunch of supportive people, who motivate and encourage each other to reach their fitness goals.

Any activity is good so this group is to share and inspire each other to keep moving.

Anyone can join. You don't have to be doing my classes or coaching to be part of our Strava Community.

Important information before booking a class with me

PAR-Q Form (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire)

I am a level 3 qualified personal trainer, a Level 2 qualified Diet & Nutritional Advisor, Level 2 in Understanding Nutrition & health and a women’s wellness and menopause coach.

I will take you through a 45 -  minute class or exercise program that is suitable for all levels, giving all participants options and adaptations suitable for their individual needs. However, in order to do this, you will need to complete a PARQ form (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) which you will find at the end of this section. This form will ask you questions about your health and fitness which you must answer honestly and then sign and date.

All personal training clients will need to complete a consultation form before commencing any sessions with me.

Please complete this form and return to me either via email, Whatsapp or bring to your first class. (there are 2 pages to this document) or alternatively complete the online form further down this page and submit it. I will then receive it by email.

All participants must complete and sign this form before doing any class with Be Active with Alison and then keep me up to date with any changes.

Don't worry if you can't print it off, you can complete one before your first session, but please arrive early.
