Exercise that may comprise stretches, low impact aerobics, resistance bands & other strength training.

All you need is a resistance band (long and booty), water and a mat/towel for floor work.

Price on application
For example; 1 in person PT session + 7 written sessions every 4 weeks = £89..00, payable in advance.
2 in person PT sessions + 6 written sessions every 4 weeks = £122.00

Weekly check in to see how you're getting on & if any amendments need to be made to your plan.

Bodyweight and small equipment workout, planned for you and your friends, targeting all areas of the body, in my home gym or a local (to me, within 4 miles) outdoor area that you have permission to use.
60 minute session
£55.00 per session for 2 people in my gym or my local area. (Up to 4 mile radius )An extra £5.00 per person if I am coming to you up to 5 people.
£60.00 per session - If I come to you up to 9 miles away
An extra £5.00 per person per session up to a maximum of 5 people.

I am a level 3 qualified personal trainer, a Level 2 qualified Diet & Nutritional Advisor, Level 2 in Understanding Nutrition & health and a women’s wellness and menopause coach.
I will take you through a 45 - minute class or exercise program that is suitable for all levels, giving all participants options and adaptations suitable for their individual needs. However, in order to do this, you will need to complete a PARQ form (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) which you will find at the end of this section. This form will ask you questions about your health and fitness which you must answer honestly and then sign and date.
All personal training clients will need to complete a consultation form before commencing any sessions with me.
Please complete this form and return to me either via email, Whatsapp or bring to your first class. (there are 2 pages to this document) or alternatively complete the online form further down this page and submit it. I will then receive it by email.
All participants must complete and sign this form before doing any class with Be Active with Alison and then keep me up to date with any changes.
Don't worry if you can't print it off, you can complete one before your first session, but please arrive early.
