Lets Get Moving
A lower impact class for those with reduced mobility, beginners, those returning to exercise or those wanting a slower paced class while still being active and having fun.
Exercise to maintain & improve heart & joint health, flexibility, strength, balance, stamina, sleep & overall health, wellbeing & fitness.
Exercise to music that comprises stretches, low impact aerobics & resistance bands.

The Sweat Session
An energetic, higher impact class for those experienced in high energy classes that get the heart pumping. Exercise to maintain & improve heart & joint health, flexibility, strength, balance, stamina, sleep, & overall health, well being & fitness.Faster paced, higher impact aerobics,
resistance bands, body weight & floor
exercises to improve muscular strength &
endurance.
Bring a yoga/exercise mat and plenty of water.
£5.00 per class per person (45 minutes)

£35 per 45 minute session.
This includes a 45 minute online chat every week with a follow up email of the session, with any plans or guidance that is personally tailored to you and your individual needs.
At least one session must be booked each week and a block of 6 sessions must be book for the first time.
4 weekly sessions can be booked after that.

This can be done face to face locally (within a 10 mile radius) for £45.00 per session.
A group for those over 40 or there about's who want to stay active, fit and healthy as they get older or for those who want to support and inspire others to keep being active.
Any activity is good so this group is to share and inspire each other to keep moving.
Anyone can join. You don't have to be doing my classes or coaching to be part of our Strava Community.

Larger group bodyweight and small equipment workout targeting all areas of the body at an outdoor location in ALL weathers.

I am a level 2 qualified personal trainer, exercise to music fitness instructor, body conditioning instructor. and a women’s wellness and menopause coach.
I will take you through a 45 minute class or exercise program that is suitable for all levels, giving all participants options and adaptations suitable for their individual needs. However, in order to do this, you will need to complete a PARQ form (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) which you will find at the end of this section. This form will ask you questions about your health and fitness which you must answer honestly and then sign and date.
A 45 minute workout to popular music that will take you through a warm up, high intensity mid section, muscular strength and conditioning and ending with a flexibility and cool down/stretch section.
Working in groups of 2 to 4 participants, you will rotate round various stations with exercises that work various parts of your body, whatever the weather! (*extreme weather may result in a class being cancelled).
45 minute 1:1 or 1:2 sessions which can be in your home or outdoors locally, doing various bodyweight and small equipment exercises that will target all areas of your body.
I am also able to support you in your calorie deficit to help you lose weight and keep a record of your weight loss.

All participants must complete and sign this form before doing any class with Be Active with Alison and then keep me up to date with any changes.
Don't worry if you can't print it off, you can complete one before your first session, but please arrive early.
